An Introduction

Andrew Guard Wine Imports is a specialist importer and wholesaler of fine wine and spirits, it is owned and operated by Andrew and Kirsten Guard. We are based in Sydney, Australia and have many years experience in the wine, restaurant and retail trade.

We work with a group of very passionate vignerons who produce original and inspired wine from their unique 'terroirs'. These wines have that extra dimension of character that comes from special winemakers; people of talent, who work hard, but also have that extra feeling and intuition about what they do that shows in their wines.

All the wines we import have been tasted by us so we stand behind the quality of each and every wine we offer. Furthermore we do not use brokers, intermediaries or catalogues when selecting our wines as others do.

To ensure that the wines you drink from us are in optimum condition we use refrigerated transport within Europe, Reefer containers at sea and a fully temperature controlled warehouse.
