Customer Service Policy
Andrew Guard Wine Imports is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.
By placing an order via this website, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms & Conditions. Andrew Guard Wine Imports reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, but without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, an error in your order or a failure in your payment. If we cannot accept or process your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone. Your ability to purchase products and services from this the website may be terminated at any time by Andrew Guard Wine Imports without notice. The products and services offered for sale are only available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts.
An email notification will be sent to you, listing the item(s) ordered, the total product and shipping charges and delivery address upon receiving your order.
Transactions via the Andrew Guard Wine Imports online store are carried out in Australian dollars (AUS$) and processed through an online banking system.
Delivery costs vary depending on your location. Please refer to Freight Charges page for more information. We only deliver within Australia.
Refund and Returns
Andrew Guard Wine Imports will happily exchange any incorrect or damaged item(s) upon notification within 10 days of receiving goods. We will gladly offer a refund for items we are unable to replace.
Please note that we we are not able to guarantee that all cork tainted wines can be replaced. At the moment, cork producers will not reimburse winemakers for these problems and most winemakers we work with will not reimburse us. There are however instances where they do and in those instances we will be happy to replace corked wine.
